I have a prefab bath and shower unit (all one piece) to replace-Help!

I purchased my house decades ago. Now the tub and shower unit needs to be replaced without tearing out any walls. It's a small bathroom. We plan to have it cut in half (or as many pieces as necessary) to get it out. I want a marble tub and shower assembled in its place. Any suggestions?
