Rev. Allan Crewe officiated at the double-ring ceremony. The unity candle was lit by Marg Berry and Olga Falk. The bride is the daughter of John L. Berry of Penticton and Margaret R. Berry of Chilliwack. The groom is the son of Rod H. Steensland of Swift Current, Sask. and Olga J. Falk of Clearbrook. The bride wore a long white gown with a high neck, decorated with lace, pearls and sequins. Kerry Sheldon was maid of honor. Brenda Berry and Diana Belgrove were bridesmaids. Ryan Steensland was best man. Grant Sheldon and Alan Bax were groomsmen. During the reception, Bud McDonald was master of ceremonies and Bob Boucher proposed the toasts. Pastor Gene Burgess officiated. The bride is the daughter of Doreen Pauze of Sardis and Claude Pauze of Fort Langley. The groom is the son of Sid and Vera Unger of Sardis. For her wedding, the bride chose a satin gown with a sweetheart neckline, beaded bodice with seed pearls and sequins. The renaissance sleeves were trimmed with appliques and seed pearls. The cathedral-length train was also beaded and appliqued and had ruffles adorning the back. The bride was attended by Cori Anne Burnett as maid of honor and Stefanie Griffin as bridesmaid. The bride is the daughter of Ray and Lorraine Smith of Chilliwack, and the groom is the son of Gerri and Bill Galbraith of Hinton, Alta. The bride wore a full-length gown with tapered lace sleeves, a fitted bodice and a Victorian lace necline. The multi-tiered skirt of organza and lace flowed softly into a chapel-length train. Maid of honor was Pam Edmond-son. Bridesmaids were Victoria Ickle and Fiona Crosbie. Flowergirl was Justine Galbraith, the groom's niece. Best man was Shaun Ritchie. Groomsmen were Rob Kynock and Todd Erickson. Ringbearer was Jay Galbraith, the groom's nephew. Harvey Pearce, the bride's uncle, was master of ceremonies at the reception held at Rainbow Country Motor Inn. Ken Smith, the bride's uncle, proposed the toast to the bride. The bride is the daughter of Myrtle Stevenson and the late E.B. (Boyd) Cooke of Chilliwack. The groom is the son of Sybil Davies and the late Allan Davies of Chilliwack. The bride's full-length gown was of imported satin with a Basque bodice, accented with seed pearl medallions. The crystalette organza skirt had imported lace appliques and satin-trimmed ruffles. Bev Boyle was maid of honor. Brenda Huth was a bridesmaid, as were the bride's nieces Brenda Kitchen and Erin Dodd. The latter was a junior bridesmaid. Reed Grosart was best man. Fred McCall and Dale Karr were groomsmen. During the reception, Boris Styba toasted the bride and Reed Grosart toasted the bridesmaids.
