The three highest-priced home sales in New Hyde Park last month ranged from $720,500 to $937,500.

The priciest New Hyde Park home sold in July was a 4-bedroom, 3-bath colonial on .19 acres at 243 Marcus Ave. that sold for $937,500. It was listed by Patricia Erker and Elinore West of Douglas Elliman Real Estate and sold by Una Walsh of Floral Homes.

A 4-bedroom, 4-bath colonial on .09 acres at 27 Baxter Ave. fetched $915,000, which was $16,000 over asking. It was listed by Panagiota Papazaharias of Redfin Real Estate and sold by Madeline Moritz of Signature Premier Properties.

At 41 Tottenham Place, a 4-bedroom, 2-bath cape on .11 acres went for $720,500. It was listed by Rita Pokojny of Floral Homes and sold by Eugene Gong of Laffey Real Estate.
