Bath room tile shower and floor design help

my shower 5X3 will be marble look and basket weave on the floor and inside the niches. I was planning on the bathroom floor with the same tile as shower walls in the honed finish, tiles are 12 x22. Should I do the basket weave on the bathroom floor instead and do the shower all marble. HELP Its a small bathroom and the tile salesman said the marble look on the bathroom floor would make the room look larger. Im second guessing myself.
